Dy’v-l began her career at 17 as a Jr. Media Coordinator for a local nonprofit after being presented with the challenge of launching a media department for the organization. Determined to conquer unchartered territory, and with the help of her mentor, she cultivated the necessary skills to run the department alone. She proceeded to recruit, train, and manage a team while building a solid foundation for a future in the industry. After realizing her knack for media, marketing, and communications, she obtained her degree in Communications with a concentration in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Houston. Dy’v-l has had a progressive professional career with experience in production, writing, graphic design, social media management, videography, photography, editing, journalism, and more. Today, she leverages these skills as Assistant Director of Marketing at SERJobs.
