Common Shared Space
Lobby use is not to exceed 12 people at a time. Overflow will be outdoors and monitored by Facilities Management team members.
Social Distancing signage is posted inside and outside of the WOC.
La Chamba area is reserved for customers only. Seating is spaced accordingly.
If a meeting room is needed, follow the room reservation process. Do not assume space is available.
Hallway floors are labeled to allow for social distancing. Follow the traffic flow.
For everyone’s safety, keep your lunch in an insulated bag or container by your workspace. The refrigerator will be off-limits to avoid a high-touch area around food items.
The breakroom is limited to 1-2 people at a time when heating up food or washing dishes. Wash your hands before and after heating your food. Clean the microwave before and after use.
Wash your hands before and after eating. Eating at your desk is recommended, use the cleaning station to clean up after you eat.
Use the cleaning station to access cleaning products, kindly return items after use. The cleaning station is cleaned and refilled periodically.

Social distancing outdoors to allow for the social distancing of lobby overflow.
Hand sanitizing station and audio/visual thermometers at point of entry.
