Meet KENDRICK GILSON:

Kendrick is a Financial Counselor with the Sunnyside Financial Empowerment Center. Before joining the FEC, Kendrick was a Private Client Banker with JPMorgan Chase Bank. His professional career includes working as a mortgage loan coordinator, teacher, lab researcher, and years of retail customer service experience. Kendrick earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from Texas Southern University. He is a proud member of the Galveston Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. In his spare time, he enjoys doing community service, going to the gym, listening to music, and learning new things.

Meet Jalkeetna brady:

Jalkeetna is a dedicated and motivated professional with a strong background in small business loan underwriting and origination. She possesses years of successful experience working in fast-paced environments as well as diverse knowledge of FHA, HMDA, RESPA, HPA, and TRID-related loans. Jalkeetna is able to build and maintain positive relationships with a wide range of clients, colleagues, and key business partners.  She is consistently recognized for outstanding contributions and solid reputation for resolving complex issues.

Meet Keith O’Neil:

Keith O’Neil is a Financial Counselor at SER-Jobs for Progress of the Texas Gulf Coast, Inc. He was born and raised in Houston, TX. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Springfield College. He, also, graduated with a Master’s of Business Administration from Texas Southern University. He has 10 years of experience in diverse areas of Non-Profit organizations. His future endeavor is to obtain a Doctoral Degree, this is both a personal and professional goal that he is aiming to achieve. His core competencies include Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I), Program Management, and Public Speaking. He has a profound love for family, and has a fond interest in luxury cars.

With a background in Business Administration and Management, Lillian is driven by a deep passion for assisting individuals across diverse communities. Committed to enriching financial literacy and empowerment, Lillian works tirelessly to help families and individuals achieve their personal financial goals.

Meet Glenda Osorto:

Glenda X. Osorto serves as a financial counselor at SER Jobs. With an education and professional background in affordable housing and personal finance, Glenda brings experience to this role assisting clients with their financial goals. Glenda holds an Associate’s from Lone Star College and is pursuing a bachelor’s from University of Houston-Downtown. Glenda is very passionate and dedicated to her profession, and loves to be involved with the community.

Meet Roberto Howard:

Roberto Howard is the Non-profit Program Manager at the Houston Financial Empowerment Center. He is also the Director of Financial Services at SER Jobs. He oversees and manages the day-to-day operations at the Houston Financial Empowerment Center. His passion is to ensure economic equity and mobility of the residents in the Greater Houston Region.

Previously Roberto worked in the financial industry for 15 years as a Financial Center Manager and Financial Advisor, where he managed financial consultants who helped clients reach their financial goals.
