When people think of SERJobs, they rightly think of employment, but we believe it is more than that. Our coaches are catalysts of hope and opportunity.
Within hours of reaching out to SERJobs, you will come in contact with one of our Navigation Coaches who will help you to understand how we can best assist you and what you need to do in order to receive services. You will have an opportunity to share your story and goals.

It is all about the relationship.

Once you have that initial conversation, you will be paired with a Career Coach who will guide you through your training, help match you with an employer, get you started with financial planning and continue the relationship for up to a year into your employment and path to financial stability. And if at any point during the process, it is determined you need additional assistance, your coach will refer you to the right community partner to get you the assistance you require.

The only thing our coaches will not do, is do the work for you. It will be up to you to help us with the documentation that is necessary and complete the tasks you are assigned. Transformation is never easy; rather it is a thought-provoking and creative process that will inspire you to maximize your personal and professional potential.
