Courtney Mixon is the Director of Training for SER Jobs. She has over 18 years of training experience in the field of education. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Sam Houston State University and a Master of Business Administration from Texas Woman’s University.

Courtney worked in the public school system as a teacher, specialist and coordinator. Her responsibilities included curriculum development and instruction, organizational change, project management, workforce development for adults with disabilities, training, and development for staff, at all levels. She is detail-oriented and considers herself a life-long learner.

When Courtney has free time she enjoys crafting, fishing, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Courtney and her husband Quentin have two children, Quincy and Casey.
