Felicia Hines

Director of Employment Services

Felicia Hines is the Director of Employment Services at SERJobs where she is responsible for employer partner development intended to assist the programs pipeline for industry specific employment opportunities. A subject matter expert in the development of building relationships for industry training programs such as Customer Service/digital literacy, Banking, Warehouse forklift, CDL, Construction, Plumbing, Phlebotomy, Welding, Electrician, Cabling, and HVAC just to name a few. Felicia has over 20 years of experience in nonprofit workforce development. Prior to becoming the Director of Employment Services, Ms. Hines also served as a program manager, coordinator, career coach, job developer, and workforce development lead at SERJobs. In addition, Ms. Hines worked on the National level with SER National for 5-years. Felicia holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from University of Phoenix. She currently serves as a member of Building Employer Partnerships Task Force Committee with SER’s board members.
