PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Emergency Medical Responders provide immediate lifesaving care to critical patients who access the emergency medical services system. EMRs have the knowledge and skills necessary to provide immediate lifesaving interventions while awaiting additional EMS resources to arrive. EMRs also provide assistance to higher-level personnel at the scene of emergencies and during transport.

Training Schedule:
This is a 4 week hybrid training. 1 week of Job Readiness Training and 5 weeks of EMR training.

Requirements / Eligibility
- Proof individual is at least 18 years or older.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Background Check.
- To have a valid/current photo ID.
- Authorized to work
- Low to moderate income
